These Guidelines are developed to aid the congregations and schools of our district to develop ways to compensate their church workers. One principle for congregations to keep before them: "Let us properly care for those who care for us with the Gospel of Jesus Christ." How blessed we are that our Lord sends to us faithful pastors, teachers, directors of Christian education, and other church workers. Please be sure they are properly taken care of...investigate....ask...study...and then care for them.
