A Dollar for Missions
2024 Approved DFM Projects
On November 28, 2023, CID’s Board of Directors established a list of projects to receive Dollar for Missions (DFM) funds during the year 2024. The projects are listed in priority order. These projects will be funded, one at a time starting with the first, up to the board-designated dollar amount shown.

| $1,800 | Weekly mileage for Pastor David Dunlop from Chestnut to two prisons in Lincoln | Completed! |
| $300 | Spanish-language hymnals for St. John, Beardstown | Completed! |
| $2,100 | Pay honoraria for Pastor Pablo Dominguez to conduct two Spanish language services per month at St. John, Beardstown for half the year | Completed! |
| $10,000 | Continue prison ministries begun in 2024 or to start ministry in prisons not currently being so served | Currently Funding |
| $25,000 | Replace furnaces at Immanuel Lutheran Student Center, Macomb | Awaiting Funding |
As sufficient Dollar for Missions contributions are received to fund each project or phase of a project, the District will switch subsequent Dollar for Missions contributions to support the next item on the list. With the Lord’s blessing, everything on the list for 2024 will be fully funded!
